- First peel the soaked almonds and using some milk blend it to smooth mixture
- In a bowl add a cup milk and mix custard powder.
- In a sauce pan heat remaining milk, once it comes to boil add custard powder mixture and on a low flame cook it for 5-7 mins
- Now add almond mixture and cardamom powder cook it until its thick
- Cool it on fridge for 7-8 hours and mix ice cream and serve it with chopped nuts
