Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Poppy seeds (khas khas)
  • 4-5 cardamom 1 cup sugar 3 tbsp ghee 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients. Soak the almonds and poppy seeds for 5-6 hours. Peel the almonds.
  • Grind the almonds and poppy seeds.Take a pan. Heat it by adding ghee.Now add the grinded mixture
  • Stir it continously and cook till the ghee oozes out. Make sure that mixture should not touch the pan. Add milk and cook it. Now add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook till the sugar dissolves.
  • Ready. Garnish with almonds and cardamom.
