- Semolina, curd, water and salt combined in mixing bowl. Mix well and make batter a dhosa consistency. Keep aside 20 minute.
- All vegetables and chilli powder are take together in bowl and mix it. Heat a dhosa tawa on medium flame and spread small amount of batter into small uttapams. Keeping a little distance between each.
- Sprinkle a little mix vegetables topping on each uttapams. Drizzle a little ghee or oil around the each uttapams, Covered it and cook till cooked on medium flame.
- A very lovely delicious, colorful and healthily baby uttapams are ready to serve your lovely kids. Garnish with tomato sauce and serve with cheese, coconut chutney.
