- Combine all the ingredients of hummus base and chopped beetroot in a grinder jar. Blend to a smooth paste. Add 1 to 2 tablespoon more water if required to make it smooth.
- Taste the hummus, add more salt or chilli powder or lemon juice as per taste. Transfer to a shallow serving bowl.Make swirls with back of spoon. Drizzle olive oil. Sprinkle chilli flakes & parsley. Top with sunflower seeds or toasted sesame seeds. Serve chilled.
