- Take a white chocolate in a bowl and microwave it for about 2 min (until it melts) (you can adjust the timings as per the melting) if you don't have microwave you can use double boiler
- Separate the melted chocolate in 2 bowls let one be white and in another one add red food colour
- Then take a mould add any fruits and nut of your choice ( here I have added roasted almonds, freshly chopped strawberries,
- Take a mould in a few mould add roasted almonds and pour the chocolate, in few add strawberry and pour the melted chocolate and set it in a refrigerator for 5 min
- Once done de-mould it and it ready
