- Soak suji+ Dahi for half an hour.
- Add coriander leaves,salt,jeera, chillies and mix well.
- Heat the appam mould on gas.Add some oil in the cavity.
- Now finally add soda to suji batter and mix well.
- Pour spoon full of batter in each appam cavity and on hi flame fry appe.
- Turn over after one side gets brown.
- Repeat same and take out once done.
