Ingredients

  • 1 cup Suji
  • half cup Dahi
  • to taste Salt
  • Oil
  • 2-3 pinch soda
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • half tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Green chillies chopped
  • Water

Instructions

  • Soak suji+ Dahi for half an hour.
  • Add coriander leaves,salt,jeera, chillies and mix well.
  • Heat the appam mould on gas.Add some oil in the cavity.
  • Now finally add soda to suji batter and mix well.
  • Pour spoon full of batter in each appam cavity and on hi flame fry appe.
  • Turn over after one side gets brown.
  • Repeat same and take out once done.
