Take pan add some oil. Heat the oil add boiled potatoes ,onions,salt to taste, chaat masala,oregano, red chilli flakes , coriander leaves and mozzarella cheese. After 5 minutes remove the pan give nice mix to all and keep aside for cool down. Take bread slices and stuffing in it you can add more cheeze give a shape of samosa. Last step is deep frying.
