- Mash the sabzi well. Heat around a tbsp of oil in a wok, add garlic and onions, saute it well for a minute. Season it with salt and pepper. Let it cool. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi and cheese. Mix well, check the seasoning once, shape them into rolls. Dip in the egg and shallow fry in a little oil on medium high heat till golden and crisp on both the sides.
