Ingredients

  • 250 g raw mango
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon roasted cumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed jaggery

Instructions

  • Boil raw mango in pressure cooker with little water.
  • Cool down at room temperature. Mash with hand and make pulp ( remove seed and skin).
  • In a vessel take mango pulp and add 2 glasses of water.
  • Add salt, roasted cumin seeds powder and crushed jaggery.
  • Blend with blender till smooth.
  • Chill in fridge and enjoy delicious aam panna.

Notes/Tips

You can use sugar as a substitute of jaggery. If you like you can add mint leaves too.
