- Boil raw mango in pressure cooker with little water.
- Cool down at room temperature. Mash with hand and make pulp ( remove seed and skin).
- In a vessel take mango pulp and add 2 glasses of water.
- Add salt, roasted cumin seeds powder and crushed jaggery.
- Blend with blender till smooth.
- Chill in fridge and enjoy delicious aam panna.
