- First heat up oil in a utensil add cummin seeds and Fenugreek seeds to it let them crackle.
- Then add turmeric powder and small pieces of raw mango, saute for 2 minutes add salt and 1glass water to it.
- Boil it until pieces of raw mango became soft then add jaggery to it.
- Now add red chili powder and garam masala and cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Laungi is ready to serve. eat with paratha it will give an amazing taste š
