Ingredients

  • 6-8 , Boiled potatoes
  • 1 , Onions
  • 2 tspn , Red Chilli powder
  • To taste , Salt
  • 2 tspn , Garam masala
  • 1 tspn , Coriander powder
  • 1 tspn , Lemon juice
  • As needed , Coriander leaves
  • As needed , Oil
  • 2 cups , Wheat flour

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl n add wheat flour in it.. Add some Salt to taste n 1 tspn oil n mixed well n add little water n make Paratha dough.
  • Mashed boiled potatoes in other Bowl n add all spices in above mentioned..
  • Add coriander leaves n make small size ball from this mixture.
  • Take a ball size portion from dough n roll it looks like puri n put stuffing ball on it n cover nicely.
  • Roll it again n roasted it with oil or ghee as you like with both sides in Tava.
  • Ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Serve with curd,chatni, Raita, tomato catch-up etc..
