- Cut the apple and remove the seeds. Peel the beetroot and cut to cubes. Peel the carrot and cut them to pieces
- Add apple, beet root, carrot and ginger to the blender. Add half cup water and blend the ingredients till smooth
- Place a large cheese cloth over your bowl ( you can place two layers of the cheese cloth to make it firm) and slowly pour the juice on to the cheese cloth. Add half cup of water to the blender to get rest of the juice out. Pour it into the muslin cloth.
- Gather the sides of the cheese cloth and squeeze out the juice as much as possible. Discard the pulp. Add some lime juice and ice cubes and enjoy the juice.
