- Firstly wash,strain and pat dry the moong dal.
- Dry roast the moong dal.Once done grind it a fine powder.
- Soak the Jaggery into 1/2 cup of water.
- Take a small pressure cooker.pour 1/2 glass of water into it.
- Now take a steel vessel that can be easily fit inside the pressure cooker.
- Into that vessel mix moong dal powder oil cardamom power.Now gradually add Jaggery water into it.The batter should not be too thick nor too thin.
- Now cover this vessel with aluminium foil and put inside the pressure cooker.
- Now fix the lid of PC with weight on.Pressure cook it on high till 2 whistles.
- Now once the pressure is released.Unwrap the vessel mix it well garish with chopped dry fruits.Relish & Enjoyđ
