First of all, put buckwheat flour, green chili, coriander leaves finely chopped, grated ginger, grated potatoes, black pepper powder, and cumin powder in a vessel and mix it well. You can also boil potatoes if you wish, but in this process the poker becomes more crunchy.Now put refined oil or ghee in a pan and heat it. Put small pakoras in hot oil and fry them till they become golden and crisp. Fry all the pakoras in the same way.Serve hot pakodi with green coriander chutney.
