VEGGIE MEXICAN BURRITOS 🌹🌹 with my cornitos twist...😊😊 🌹🌹INGREDIENTS: 🌹🌹FOR TORTILLAS WRAPS: 1.All purpose flour-1 cup 2.Sizzlin Jalapeño cornitos-1packet 3.Oil -2tsp METHOD: first crush the Sizzlin Jalapeño cornitos in mixie jar ,then add this mixture in all purpose flour,add oil and make dough with lukewarm water ,then make small balls and roll it like a chapati and also spread some cornitos pieces on tortilla and cook it on pan and keep aside tortillas wraps. 🌹🌹FOR SPREAD: 1.Kidney beans-1cup boiled 2.Cumin seeds-1/2tsp 3.Tomatoes-1/2 bowl 4.Garlic -4 cloves 5.Ginger - 1tsp 6.Onion-1/2bowl 7.Salt-1/2tsp 8.Black pepper powder-1/2tsp 9.Mexican seasoning-1/2tsp 10.Oil-2tsp METHOD: Take oil in pan,add cumin seeds,onion garlic saute it till brown color,add ginger paste,kidney beans,mexican seasoning, Salt,black pepper powder,then grind the mixture when it become cool and make a paste. 🌹🌹FOR TOMATO SALSA: 1.Tomato-2cup 2.Onion-1cup 3.Lemon juice-1tsp 4.Coriander leaves 5.Green chilli-1finely chopped 6.Salt-1/2tsp 7.Black pepper powder-1/2tsp 8.Tomato ketchup-2tsp METHOD: Take a bowl add tomato, onion,lemon juice, coriander leaves,green chillies, salt,black pepper powder, tomato ketchup and mix them. 🌹🌹FOR STUFFING: 1.Sweet corn-1/2 cup boiled 2.Green peas -1/2 cup boiled 3.Capsicum-1/2 cup 4.Black pepper powder-1/2 tsp 5.Salt -1/2 tsp 6.Cumin seed-1/2tsp 7.Oregano-1/2tsp 8.Red chilli flakes 9.Oil-2tsp METHOD: Put oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,onion, garlic, saute them till it change into brown in color ,add green peas,sweet corn,capsicum, black pepper powder, salt,oregano, red chilli flakes and mix well. 🌹🌹FOR FRENCH FRIES: Fry potatoes in a pan and add oregano and chilliflakes on it. 🌹🌹OTHER INGREDIENTS: 1.Spinach leaves 2.Cheese-1cup grated 3.Red chilli flakes 4.Oregano 🌹🌹TO MAKE BURRITO ROLLS: Take tortillas,then spread kidney beans spread on it,put some spinach leaves,place Salsa on it ,then place stuffing, French fries and place cheese on it ,coriander leaves, then fold Burritos from sides and roll it ... 🌹🌹GRILL THE BURRITOS: Take a grillled pan spread oil on it ,put Burritos on it and cook from both side. Serve hot with Tomato salsa,Tikka masala Cornitos. Cut the Nutritious ,tasty wholesome meal Burritos and serve hot.🌹🌹
