The basic ingredients are-
Tender coconut, mushroom, spring onion and adding flavors of black pepper, ginger and garlic
For Coconut Thai soup_ ○ Put the pan on flame and put oil in it. ○ Add the ginger and garlic paste. ○ Saute for few mins. ○ Add chopped carrots, mushrooms, spring onion to it. ○ Mix well. ○ Add salt and black pepper. ○ Cook for about 5-6 Min
Add homemade coconut milk to it. ○ Close the pan with the lid, let it cook for another 5 mins.
