Rose momos

Ingredients

-----For dough-----
Wheat flour 300 grams
Beetroot juice 1cup
Rose syrup 1 tsp
Water 1 cup (use only to the requirement)

--------=for filling---------
Greated beetroot 2cups
Freshly greated coconut powder 1/2 cup
Jaggery powder 1cup
Ghee 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Cashewnut (finely chopped ) 3 tsp

AND

Full cream Milk 100 ml.
Saffron 1/4 tsp
Pista pieces 1/4 cup
Honey 1/2 tsp
Edible silver balls 1 tsp


Method -
1)Mix wheat flour, beetroot juice, rose syrupin a bowl and (water if required) Knead the dough.close lid -let dough rest for 30minutes.

2)Heat the ghee in a pan, add grated beetroot -saute well untill the raw smell is goes, add coconut, cardamom powder, jaggery, Cashewnut  saute on sim heat for three minutes.Turn off heat, allow to cool. Now momo filling is ready.

3)Take small portion of dough make a ball,flatern using roller. With sharp edge round cookies cutter -cut and take out small round pieces from rolled chapatis and arrange three such rounds by one next to other by overlapping little at the edge.


4)Fill the the beetroot -coconut 'filling' - on arranged small flattered dough rounds, fold and close all. Then roll from one end to other to give rose shape.

5) Steam rose momos in cooker /steamer for 12-15 minutes  in medium heat. Turnoff fire and remove momos from steamer.

6)Mix honey with milk and saffron in
