Paneer Barfi/ Sondesh
As mother of two I kept busy and always looking for easy and quick yet healthy dishes. In every festival time have to do so many activities, Pooja n all. On Holi special 'Satyanarayan' Pooja I made this special paneer barfi which truns super easy and tasty.
Mash paneer coarsely and mix in condensed milk and powder milk.
Heat the mixture in a thick bottom pan. Cook on medium flame with constant stirring until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Remove from the flame and spread onto a greased plate. Sprinkle elaichi powder. Cool and cut into squares. Here for some colorful effect I sprinkles some coloured sugar balls. All my family members like it most.
