I use a banana as a natural sweetener for most of my smoothies. It adds a nice creamy texture to the smoothie.🍌🍓🍌
My sons like PEANUT BUTTER and vanilla protein powder .So I always add these two ingredients too in their healthy drinks ...These add more nutritious values in their drinks💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
