The DunWell
Ingredients:
Fresh Orange Juice – One-and-a-half Oz
Fresh Lemon Juice – Three-fourth Oz
Vanilla Syrup – Three-fourth Oz
Passion-fruit Puree – Half Oz
Method:
Build all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice
Shake and pour into the glass
Garnish with a lemon zest and orange wheel
Sparkling Cranberry Kombucha Mocktail
Ingredients:
Fresh Ginger (thinly sliced) – One Inch Slice (plus more for garnish)
Fresh Rosemary – One Large Sprig
Cranberry Juice – Half Cup
LIVE Kombucha (Original or Ginger) – Two 12-ounce Bottles
Fresh Cranberries (for garnish)
Method:
Fill four double old-fashioned glasses with ice and set aside
Muddle sliced ginger and rosemary together in a pitcher or quart-sized mason jar, using the end of a wooden spoon or a muddler if you have one
Add cranberry juice and kombucha and stir gently to combine
Pour into ice-filled glasses (using a strainer, if necessary) and garnish with sprigs of rosemary, a slice of fresh ginger and a few cranberries before serving
Snapdragon
Ingredients:
Cold Apple Cider – One-fifth Oz
Chai Monbrewcha Kombucha (or other apple or ginger flavoured kombucha) – One Oz
Ginger Juice (freshly pressed) – One-fourth Oz
Method:
Add ingredients in a whiskey or rocks glass
Add large ice cube
Stir lightly
Garnish with a slice of apple with a dusting of nutmeg
Polka Man
Ingredients:
Strawberry – One
Simple Syrup – One -fourth Oz
Vanilla Syrup – Half Oz
Lemon Juice – Half Oz
Cold Brew – Half Oz
Grapefruit Juice – One Oz
Pineapple Juice – One Oz
Tonic Water
Method:
Muddle strawberry into a shaker, top with ice and all ingredients except for tonic water
Shake vigorously and then pour into a glass
Top with tonic water and garnish with a strawberry
Pineapple Mint Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients:
Fresh Mint Leaves– Ten (plus more for garnish)
No Calorie Sweetener – 2 Packets
Pineapple Juice – One-fourth Cup
Lime (juiced) – One
Club Soda – Half
Method:
Muddle mint leaves with the No Calorie Sweetener in a cocktail shaker
Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with club soda
Garnish with a sprig of mint
New Year’s Eve Punch
Ingredients:
Ginger Ale – Three-and-a-half Litres
Orange Juice – Two Quarts
Oranges– Two (sliced into rounds)
Maraschino Cherries – Twenty
Method:
Mix ginger ale and orange juice in a large punch bowl
Place sliced oranges on top of the punch and arrange the cherries on top of the orange slices
Mock Winter Sangria
Ingredients:
Pear (diced) – One
Orange (sliced) – One
Fresh Cranberries – One Cup
Fresh Raspberries – One-fourth Cup
Pineapple Juice – Two Cups
Cranberry Juice – Two Cups
Ginger Ale – 2-Litre Bottle
Method:
Combine all ingredients except ginger ale in a large pitcher
Let it sit in the refrigerator for around 1-4 hours to let the flavours mingle
Add chilled ginger ale
Serve immediately
Lemon Lavender Mocktini
Ingredients:
Fresh Lemon Juice – One-fourth Cup
Simple Lavender Syrup (see below) – One-and-a-half Tablespoon
Grenadine – One-fourth Teaspoon
Bitters – Three Dashes
Method:
For Simple Lavender Syrup-
Combine half cup water, half cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon dried lavender to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil then turn off the heat. Let mixture cool in the pan and then strain out the lavender.
Combine the above in a shaker with ice and shake until cold
Strain into glass and top off with club soda
Garnish with fresh lavender
Optional:
Add a tiny drop of food colouring with the end of a toothpick to get the purple hue.
Frosted Lemonade
Ingredients:
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice – Half Cup
Sugar – Half Cup
Water – Two Cups
Vanilla Ice-cream – Six Cups
Sliced Lemons (for garnish)
Method:
Mix lemon juice and sugar together in a pitcher until the sugar is fully dissolved
Add water to dilute and chill
Add lemonade and ice cream into a blender
Blend until smooth and divide into three cups
Garnish with slices of lemon and serve
French 75 Mocktail
Ingredients:
Lemon Juice – Three-fourth Oz
Simple Syrup – Half
Sparkling Water
San Pellegrino Limonata Soda
Method:
Mix lemon juice and simple syrup into a champagne flute, top with equal measures of sparkling water and soda
Garnish with a lemon twist
Cucumber Ginger Mocktail
Ingredients:
Cucumber (sliced) – One Medium-sized
Fresh Ginger– Ten Slices (one-fourth inches thick)
Sugar – Two Cups
Still Water – Two Cups
Soda Water
Cucumber Slices (optional)
Method:
Place sliced cucumber and ginger in a large, heat-proof bowl
Bring sugar and water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved
Pour over cucumber and ginger and let it stand for two hours
Strain into a bottle and chill
To prepare a cocktail, stir together about 1.5 ounces syrup with about 4.5 ounces soda water to taste
Garnish with a cucumber slice
Cold Cure Mocktail
Ingredients:
Ginger Honey Syrup – Two Tablespoon
Bitters - Dash
Juice of Half Lemon
Ginger Ale – Two Tablespoon
Top off with Club Soda
For the Ginger Honey Syrup -
Add half cup of water and one inch of ginger (cut into chunks) to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and then let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain ginger and add one tablespoon of honey and stir vigorously. Let the mixture cool before use
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass
Stir to blend
Blueberry Moscow Mule Cocktails
Ingredients:
Fresh Blueberries – One-fourth Cup
Lime – Half
Sugar – One Teaspoon
Ginger Beer – One (9 Oz)
Crushed Ice
Method:
Add blueberries to a large glass with lime wedges and sugar
Muddle ingredients together well
Transfer blueberry mixture to a copper mug and add crushed ice
Pour in ginger beer and stir
