Manchurian Sizzler..
Ingredients
Fried Rice: Boiled Rice: 1 bowl, chopped capsicum-2 tbsp, chopped spring onion-2 tbsp, chopped cabbage-4 tbsp, peas- 2 tbsp and vegetable oil-2 tbsp. Venegar, white pepper powder and salt as per your taste
Manchurian: ChoppedCauliflower or cabbage- 1 bowl, Chopped green chili- 1 tbsp, cornflour powder- 4 tbsp, sauces ( soya, chili)- 2tbsp each, salt and water. Vegetable oil for fry- 1 bowl
Cutlets: Boiled potato- 1 bowl, vegetables ( which are available)- 1 bowl, besan or chickepea flour- 2 tbsp, salt, green chili-1 tsp.
Paneer Cubes -8-10, Green Capsicum- 8-10 cubes, Onion-8-10 cubes size:
Instructions
For Fried Noodles: Take a pan, add oil and fry the noodles. Add chili sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce to it.
Fried Rice: Take Boiled Rice and vegetables like capsicum, spring onion, cabbage andpeas to it and fry them in a pan. Add vinegar, white pepper powder and salt to the fried rice.
Manchurian: Take cauliflower or cabbage, green chili, cornflour powder, sauces ( soya, chili), salt and water. Mix them properly and make round balls out of the mixture. Fry them in oil.
Take Boiled potato, vegetables ( which are available), besan or chickepea flour, salt, green chili. Make mixture from this and make round flat shaped cutlets. Fry them in oil.
Paneer Cubes, Green Capsicum and Onion: Saute them in oil for 5 minutes and keep them aside.
Sizzler: Now take the sizzler plate and heat till it becomes red hot then put butter. Now, take cabbage leave
