Lauki Halwa

Ingredients

 

Lauki gratted : 1 cup  

Ghee : 1 Tbsp 

Milk : 2 cup 

Milk powder: 1/2 cup 

Sugar : 3/4 cup 

Cardamon Powder : 1 tsp 

 

Method 

 

* Heat the pan and add ghee and grated Locky. Saute it. 

* Add milk and stir continously. Add milk powder aldo. 

*When Locky became soft add sugar and stir continously. 

* When mixture start leaving pan add cardemon powder , Cashews and almonds. 

* Serve hot. Note : Inplace of milk powder you can take Mawa/ Khoya.
