#Ingredients:
For Mix Dal
Chana Dal : 1/4 Cup
Urad Dal : 1/4 Cup
Masoor Dal: 1/4 Cup
Arhar Dal : 1/4 Cup
Water : according to requirement
Catch Salt : 1/4 Tsp
Catch Turmeric : 1/4 Tsp
Catch Red chilli powder : 1/4 Tsp
Tomato : 1 Finelly chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tsp
Garam Masala : 1/4 Tsp
Coriander leaves : Chopped
Jeera : 1/4 Tsp
Hing powder : 1/4 Tsp
Ghee for Tadka
Green chilli : Finelly Chopped (if required)
#Method :
* Pressure cook Dal by adding Salt and Turmeric powder.
* Heat the Pan. Add ghee and add Jeera, hing and saute it. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli powder and saute it.
* Add Tomato and saute it till the tomato become soft.
* Now add pressure cooked dal and mix it well. Cover it for 5 to 10 min.
* Now add garam masala and mix it well. Garnish it by coriander leaves.. *******************

Churma : 20 min
Baking time : 10 - 15 min

Pearl Millet flour : 2 Cup
Ghee : 1 Cup
Sugar Powder : 3/4 Cup ( Acc. To Taste)
Cardamom powder: 1/4 Tsp
Water : for binding
#Method
* Bind the millet flour using required water.. the dough is not too hard and not too soft.
* Divide the dough in to two parts . And make thick Roti by using dry flour.
* Heat the tawa, add little ghee and put Roti on it. Put ghee on the upper side of Roti and turn it. Heat it from both side and put little ghee on both side.
*Repeat the same procedure with second portion. Crumble both the roti.
* Heat the pan and add ghee. Add crumble roti powder, Cardamom powder and sugar powder and mix it well.
* Take Tart mould and spread properly churma powder. Bake it for 10-15 min.
* Keep it aside for few minutes. Latter on serve it by putting Lahsuni Mix Dal on it.
