Beetroot Rice Flowers

Ingredients
Beetroot (grated) – 1 cup
Carrot (grated) – ½ cup
Boiled peas – ½ cup
Onion chopped - 1
Tomato chopped - 1
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander & pudina – ¼ cup
Curd – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Oats Powder- 1/4cup
Flax Seed Powder- 1/4cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Green chillies chopped - 2
Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds – 1/4 cup for stuffing
Water(if needed) – ¼ cup
Desi ghee (for greasing) – 1 tbsp
Basmati Rice(soaked for 20 mins) – ½ cup

Procedure
- Mix well all the ingredients except ghee and combine together uniformly
- Now keep the mixture aside for 30 minutes to rest.
- Prepare small sized balls and stuff it with the pumpkin & sunflower seeds mixture
- Meanwhile drain excess of water from soaked basmati rice and spread it onto a plate
- Roll these balls in the rice and coat it evenly.
- Grease the plate with little ghee and steam them in a steamer for about 20- 25 mins
- Beetroot Rice Flowers are ready to serve
