  • Boiled chickpeas 1 cup
  • Green chillies, slitted 2-3 units
  • Boiled peas carrots and french beans 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pav bhaji masala 1 tablespoons
  • Chat masala 1 tablespoons
  • Bread crumbs 1 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander 1/4 cup

Instructions

  • Take a boiled chickpea in a bowl, remove the skin and mesh it. Add boiled carrot, peas and finely chopped French beans in it.
  • Add salt, black pepper powder, finely chopped green chilies, garam masala, pavbhaji masala, 1 spoon olive oil and mix it well.
  • Add breadcrumbs as required and make balls and give it a tikki shape and shallow fry them in a oil.
  • Serve hot chickpea tikki with green chutney and salad.
