Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk + 6 tbls milk , 2 tbs lime juice, ½ cup oil , ½ cup sugar , ½tsp vanilla essense
  • 1.5 cup flour , 1 tbls aniseed powder ½ tsp saffron n cardamom power
  • Pinch of salt ½ tsp baking soda ,1 tsp baking powder
  • For icing Whipped cream, + few drop yellow color
  • MILK FOR SOAKING 1 litter milk + thandai syrup

Instructions

  • Mix milk and lime juice rest it for 5 mint
  • Then mix first all wet ingredients and sieves all dry ingredients in wet ingredients..and mix well with cut and fold method till smooth batter
  • Then pre heat the oven 180 ' c n bake it for 30 min
  • After baking cool it completely n soak two times with thandai milk it will absorb 500g of it and rmaining will used in serving and icing it with whipped cream garnish with pistachios n rose patti
  • Serve it chilled with milk

Notes/Tips

You can find thandai syrup n powder both in market or you can make it own ... for thandai milk blend 500 milk +4 tbls ani seed power +6almond 12pistachios and 6Cashew and pinch of saffron cardamom and white pepper.. in mixing jar n leave it in freeze for 3 hours served chilled
