  • Taco shells 10 units
  • Soaked and cooked kidney beans 1 cup
  • Oil 1 tablespoons
  • Chopped onions 1/2 cup
  • Chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoons
  • Tomato pulp 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons
  • Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli flakes 1/2 teaspoons
  • Oregano 1 teaspoons
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tablespoons
  • Salt as per taste
  • Grated cheese 1 cup
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce 1 cup

Instructions

  • For the topping heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and sauté for few minutes.
  • Add tomato pulp, tomato ketchup, chili powder, red chili flakes, oregano, sugar and salt as per taste.
  • Add the boiled and cooked rajme. Mix well and mash it lightly with a masher.
  • Cook on medium flame for few minutes and stir properly. Set aside.
  • To arrange taco, fill a taco shell with the topping. Arrange few shredded lettuce leaves and grated cheese.
  • Fill all the taco shells and serve in a plate with salsa, olives and green sauce.
