Ingredients

  • Spinach, bunch 1 units
  • Green chilli and ginger minced 1 teaspoons
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Jeera powder 1/2 teaspoons
  • Oil for frying 300 mililitres

Instructions

  • Wash n blanch spinach leaves fr 3 min.
  • Drain n pour cold water on it.
  • Blend it in mixie to purée.
  • In a bowl tk wheat flour, salt, ginger-chilli minced ,oil and spinach puree .
  • Make a soft dough of puri.
  • Roll n deep fry puri in hot oil. Serve with pickle.
