Ingredients

  • Desiccated Coconut 500 gram
  • Sugar 300 gram
  • milk 400 mL
  • saffron, melted in 1 tbsp milk 20 to 25 string
  • Cardamom powder 1 TSP
  • Mawa 250 GRAM
  • GHEE 1 TBSP
  • desiccated Coconut for garnish 1 cup

Instructions

  • In big pan, boil milk and sugar. Cook till you get 1 string chashni, it will take around 20 minutes.
  • Add mawa, kesar milk, cardamom powder and coconut . Mix well everything and cook for further 2 to 3 minutes ,add 1/2 tbsp ghee.
  • Cool it for 1 hour, then grease hands with ghee and make laddus. Roll in coconut powder and store.
