  • Small buns 4 units
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Green chilli 1 units
  • Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Tomato(finely chopped) 1/2 cup
  • Onion rings for garnishing
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoons
  • Chilli powder 1 teaspoons
  • Paneer crumbled 2 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoons
  • Butter as per taste
  • Coriander leaves 1 tablespoons

Instructions

  • Take a pan, heat oil in it.
  • Add green chilies n sauté.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté for one minute.
  • Now add tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, garam masala and stir well.
  • When all masalas are well cooked, add crumbled paneer and combine well.
  • Add chopped coriander to it.
  • Now apply butter on buns and toast on medium heat on tawa.
  • Slit the toasted bun into two and stuff it with paneer burji.
  • Arrange all buns in a line with onion rings and serve hot with coriander chutney.
