  • Boiled rice 1 cup
  • Boiled kidney beans 1/2 cup
  • American corn 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1 units
  • Green onion 1 cup
  • Red sauce 1 cup
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ketchup 2 teaspoons
  • Mixed herbs 2 teaspoons
  • Black pepper powder 1 teaspoons
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Red capsicum 1 units
  • Tomato 2 units
  • Cheese, cube 1 units
  • Garlic 2 units
  • Green chillies 1 units

Instructions

  • (For red sauce) – Apply oil on capsicum and heat it on gas stove until it becomes black. When roasting process completed, put the capsicum into cold water for 2 minutes and then remove its skin and chop it finely.
  • Heat the pan and add 1 spoon butter, garlic, chopped green chili and roast them and then add chopped capsicum and tomato and water and boil them. Churn the blender in it. Add salt into it and keep it aside. 1 cup sauce will be prepared in this way.
  • Heat the pan, add butter when butter melts add green garlic, kidney beans, ketchup, corn and sauté them.
  • Add salt, black pepper powder, mixed herbs. Then add red sauce and rice. Grate the cheese on it.
  • Take it into bowl and serve the hot sizzling Mexican rice.
