Chocolate truffle cake

Ingredients

  • Refined flour 3/4th cup
  • Powdered sugar 1/4th cup
  • Milkmaid 1/4th cup
  • Dark chocolate 1/4th cup
  • Baking powder 1/2tsp
  • Baking soda 1/4tsp
  • Coco powder 2tbsp
  • Milk 1/4th cup
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 1/2tsp
  • Dark choclate 400gm
  • Fresh cream 250ml
  • Refined oil 3tbsp
  • Chocolate syrup 1/2cup
  • Chocolate chips,chocolate vermicelli For decoration

Instructions

  • Heat a pan ,add water in it. In another bowl take 1/4th cup dark chocolate put this bowl on pan melt chocolate by double boiler method
  • After that put off gas.in dark chocolate bowl add milkmaid,powdered sugar,refined flour,baking soda,baking powder,vanilla essence,oil and milk.
  • Mix it very well.make cake like consistency.
  • Take cake tin grease it with oil and dust coco powder in it.after that preheat org on 200degree for 10 min.pour cake batter in cake tin bake it for 20 min on 200 degrees
  • Cool down a cake . Cut it in middle we get another layer of cake. Pour chocolate syrup on it so it cannot dry out a cake.
  • For ganash melt 400gm dark chocolate by double boiler method ,add fresh cream in melted chocolate give it a mix.ganash is ready.
  • Take ganash spread it on first layer of cake put another layer of cake on it put ganash again spread it evenly on cake,on cake sides also spread ganash.set it for 20min in refrigerator.
  • After 15 min ganash is properly set on cake decorate it with chocolate chips or chocolate vermicelli.

Notes/Tips

Spread chocolate syrup on cake layers evenly it can help to moisture cake it cannot dryout. Take cake out from refrigerator before 15 min of eating.
