  • Water
  • Curd
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda
  • Oil

Instructions

  • In a wide bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, baking powder, baking soda and curd. Mix well to a crumbly mixture. Now add water gradually to form a soft dough.Keep the dough covered. Let it rest for an hour to two. Keep it in warm place which will help the dough double in size and create aeration fast. After 1 to 2 hours you will notice the dough doubled in size. Preheat oven at 350F/ 180 C. Now divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Place the dough balls on the baking tray and flatten it into small circle using fingers. Now make holes in pizza dough base with fork. Now add sauce and spread it, then add mozzarella cheese. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. When done remove from oven and sprinkle chili flakes before serving. Serve hot.
