Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Semolina
  • 1/4 Cup Refined Wheat Flour
  • 1/8 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • as required Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Add half of (total flour) water.
  • Knead the dough. Put the dough in a plastic bag. Keep aside for 30 minutes. Now check the dough, let's make small lumps from the dough. Take one lump, roll giving it a round shape and flatten.
  • Pour half tsp oil on lumps. Prepare a wet cloth and spread over the cooking top. Let's start by rollin out the dough balls. Roll out thin and place on the wet cloth. Puris should not get dry, otherwise it will not get puffed. Keep rolling out the puris and cover them nicely. Leave them as it for 30 minutes covered under the cloth. After 30 minutes let's fry the water balls.
  • Heat the oil on high flame. When the oil should be heated sufficiently. Place the puris in the wok and press it for a while so that it puffs up. Keep flame medium to high.
  • Flip the sides and fry until they turn crispy. Water balls turned golden brown in colour and crispy, take them out. Water balls is ready now. Let them cool naturally for 2 hours.
  • Now water balls is ready to eat. Serve with khatta- meetha chutpata water and enjoyyyy.......
