Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanuts (almost 200 gms)
  • 3tbsp Dry milk powder
  • 2 tbsp palak puree
  • 1 tbsp desi ghee

Instructions

  • Roast peanuts on pan for just 5 minutes, and let them cool down. Then remove the skin of peanuts and grind them roughly into food processor.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and roast peanut powder.
  • Add dry milk Now add condensed milk and mix well till all mixture comes to gather. Cook for just 4-5 minutes.add caradmom powder.
  • Divide into 3 parts Add one part in a pan then add carrot puree in it and cook for 2-3minutes Then take other part and add palak puree cook for 2-3 minutes
  • Assemble Take one plate or thali and grease it with butter. Place the mixture into plate green color in bottom,then white and orange on top
  • Apply vark on top it is optional leave it for 2-3 hours to set Cut into desired shape.
