Ingredients

  • Maida 1 cup
  • Salt for taste
  • Gulkand 4 spoon
  • Icecream 4 scoop
  • Honey 4 tsp

Instructions

  • For tokari in bowl add Maida salt mix well add spoon full of hot oil mix well add paan puree gently mix for smooth dough and set aside.
  • Roll the dough into thick roti punch holes all over cover same over small cup out layer.Deep fry the tokari as it separate cup remove it fry tokari crispy.
  • For plating place tokari add scoop of ice cream top up with gulkand garnish with honey serve chilled

Notes/Tips

Can add green colour along with paan puree retain green color.
