  • Sooji
  • Rice flour
  • Curd
  • Carrot
  • Spinach
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Pepper powder
  • Oil
  • Coconut chutney
  • Tomato chutney

Instructions

  • Mix the semolina and rice flour in a bowl, add yogurt and mix well. Cover and set aside overnight. Add carrot, spinach, salt, cumin seeds and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Drizzle little oil on a non-stick tawa. Spread small spoonful of batter to make 3 pancakes and spread slightly. Drizzle some oil and allow the underside to cook. Flip and cook the other side. Transfer them on serving plates and serve hot with coconut chutney.
