Ingredients

  • 1 cup singhara aata 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cardmom powder 2 tbs ghee
  • Dry fruits (optional)

Instructions

  • In a frying pan roast the singhara aata, In slow flame, once it become red brown, add ghee
  • Mix ghee well, now add 2/3cup water, continuously stiring, when make a thick paste add sugar
  • About 2/3min sugar mix well,add cardamom powder mix it,now in a grease plate Spred the whlole batter, sprinkle dry fruits,
  • Allow to cool down,after some time cut in pieces
