Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 1 medium size cucumber peeled and sliced.
  • 1 medium sized onion sliced.
  • as required Cheese.
  • 1 bunch mint and coriander leaves each.
  • to taste Green chilies and salt lemon juice.
  • 1 small packet haldiram bhujia sev

Instructions

  • Wash and grind mint, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, lemon juice to taste and 1 small packet haldiram bhujia sev.(use minimum water while grinding)
  • Apply chutney on bread slices, keep cucumber and onion slices on it.
  • Keep cheese grated or slice on the onions (I haven't used cheese)
  • Cover with another slice coated with green chutney.
  • Apply butter on outside and grill.
