  • Cooked rice
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Green chillies
  • Curd
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Grind the cooked rice smoothly. Take a bowl , add the cooked rice paste,curd,chopped onion, ginger,chilies,crushed pepper,curry leaves and coriander leaves. Add salt as per taste and blend the mixture perfectly using finger. Pour oil into a kadai and hear it. Now apply water into both hands and make balls from the dough Make the balls and give a hole in the center. Put each vada dough into hot oil, fry it untill the colour turn into golden brown and crispy. Hot cooked rice vada ready.
