Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon fine semolina
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2-3 cardamoms
  • 1 tablespoon honey /sugar can be used
  • As needed Few Strands of saffron
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions

  • Firstly we will blend almonds with cardamoms and remove the flour set aside take another sauce pan and add ghee cook on low flame burner add semolina roast until slightly aromatic.
  • Then add almonds flour roast until golden then add milk with honey or sugar can be added either let it come to a boil while it’s on simmer flame by the time milk is boiling the semolina is also cooked keep stirring to avoid catching it to the bottom as we have almonds flour it may stick. Lastly add strands of saffron and off the flame burner.
  • Pop into a serving cup and enjoy it hot early morning or snack time it’s awesome and healthy..!
