  • 1 1/2 Cup Suji (Semolina) / Gehu ka Aata
  • 3/4 Sugar ,1/2 Curd, 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Maida , 1/2 tsp Elachi Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Oil 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 Tsp Baking Sod

Instructions

  • Add the semolina, Wheat Flour, Curd, Oil, sugar, Milk and Mix well.
  • After 10 Minutes Add Baking Soda And Baking Powder and mix well once you shift into cake mold use nuts for topping.
  • After 10 mnts Grease an cake tin with little oil or oil spray and dust with flour to coat the pan. Use a parchment paper to line the base of the tin. I used a cake tin with a removable bottom.
  • Use pan or idling cooker for baking In a Dosa cooker add 1 cup of salt and place a cake mold inside it And bake for 45 minutes (high flame for 10 mnts and low flame rest)
  • After 45 minutes your cake is ready Once you remove your cake from the pan use wet towel cover it for 10 mnts And your cake is ready to serve.
