Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated radish
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 spring curry Leaves
  • 1/4 spoon Asafoetida
  • 1 byadgi chilli
  • 2 spoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup thick curd
  • 1/4 spoon Mustard
  • 2-3 green chilli
  • 2 spoons coconut oil
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 spoons fresh coconut

Instructions

  • Take one vessel, add grated radish, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves and curd. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil, add mustard byadigi chilli and fry them. Add asafetida, green Chilli, curry leaves and fry.tempering is ready.
  • Add tempering into veggies. Add salt and fresh coconut and mix.
  • Serve with rice or taste it separately.
