Ingredients

  • Plain flour 1 kg
  • Baking paper
  • Cocoa powder 400 gms
  • 15 eggs
  • Caster sugar 1 kg
  • 3 tsp vanilla essence,
  • Baking powder 3 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2tsp
  • Butter 700 gm
  • Milk 200 ml
  • Vinegar 2 tsp
  • Cake tins

Instructions

  • Sift all the dry ingredients together and sieve through a couple of times
  • Add all liquid ingredients together, mix them both
  • Line a baking dish and bake for 1 hour 45 minutes at 180 degrees

Air inculcates in maida so sieve it
