Instructions

  • Wash all the vegetables. Cut into small pieces. Add into the pressure cooker along with water..whistle for 10 Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste. Add onion saute until its color change Add green chilies, tomato add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 2-3 min. Add chili powder and Paav bhaji masala cook for a min. Add cooked vegetables into the pan mix well using masher mash all the vegetables. Add paneer, salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves mix it well.
