Oats dumpling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup rice flour,pinch of Hing
  • Half teaspoon of jeera
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp matar
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 whole red chilli
  • leaves Curry

Instructions

  • Add one of cup of water in a pan allowed to boil, ad half teaspoon of of jeera, salt and Hing. When it starts boiling add two kinds of flour and keep stiring to avoid lumps. immediately add matar in 1 cook for 2 minutes and put off the gas
  • Add one tablespoon of oil in it and allow it to cool, after sometime make small balls out of it and steam those balls for 10 min. Take oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, whole red chilli and Kari patta allow it to crackle after that add these steamed balls into the kadai fry for a 2 minutes oats dumpling is ready

Have it with chilli sauce
