Ingredients

  • 1 cup purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped mushroom
  • 1/2 cup spinach puree
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1tbsp chilli paste
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream

Instructions

  • Take a bowl put flour, baking soda,butter mix well add water to make soft kneaded dough wrap it keep in refrigerator for 15mins
  • Then take out take handful dough place butter greased mould give tart shape take a fork stick it then place into oven set temperature 120 degree for 5mins bake it
  • Heat a pan add butter, garlic fry well then put mushroom, tomatoes pour spinach puree cook well
  • Then add salt, pepper, Fresh cream once texture was like creamy then turn off pour on tart add ricotta cheese on top then bake again for 4mins
  • Heat another pan add butter put cherry tomatoes, mushroom stir fry well add salt,vinegar, pepper mix well
  • Take a serving plate place tart with fritters, stir fried veggies ready to serve.
  • Ready to serve so tasty healthy meal
