Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted oats 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 tomato chopped 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped 1 green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp turmeric powde
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • as needed Few peanuts as per taste Salt
  • 2 cup water 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp coriander leav

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a kadai.Add oil and onions
  • Saute well than add tomatoes. Saute till they turn soft and mashy. Add all veggies.
  • Now add all spices. Saute for a minute on low flame till spices turn aromatic. Than add oats.
  • Saute for a minute and add water.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes or till the oats cook well.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Serve hot. Garnish with coriander leaves and peanuts.
