Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Maida ,2 Cup rava 1/2 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp cumin seeds
  • as per taste salt
  • 1 Cup light warm water
  • as required Oil to fry

Instructions

  • Firstly in a big vessel take strained maida and rava and add ghee to it.
  • In that add cumin seeds and salt to taste.
  • Prepare small balls from the batter and roll it thin to prepare medium size Puri. Make cuts on Puri so that while frying the Puri doesn't blow up.
  • Now to fry heat oil in a pan first at high flame and then on medium flame and fry it. When it turns light pink in colour take it out from pan.
  • Likewise prepare all Puri's and fry it. So here crispy maida rava Puri is ready to serve.
