  • 2 blocks maggi noodles
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1-2 fresh green chillies (slit)
  • 1 cup vegetables (use veggies of your choice)
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 Maggi masala pkts

Instructions

  • My kids are fussy for beetroot, they peck and remove the beet pieces, so I add beet water instead of normal water. You too can use the trick for your kiddos too.
  • Take water in a pan, add beetroot pieces (1 small beet). Boil and remove the beet. Keep the beet water aside. Next heat a pan with oil. Saute onion till brownish. Add the chopped vegetables, boiled beetroot pieces and fresh green chillies. Add salt. Mix well. Cover and cook the veggies till softened.
  • When veggies are cooked, add the beet water. Put the Maggi masala. Let the water come to boil. Add the Maggi blocks then. Cook till done. Keep consistency as per your preference.
